They are very slow. Everytime I've been there there was a long wait inside.

I've had this bank for years It's sad to see they don't care about Michigan residents at least put up more ATMS in the city Because tellers are unavailable in the banks in Detroit

They need a sign in sheet to prevent people from skipping other clients. And also coffee was great but I burned my hand a lil you need sleeves before you hurt someone. I used 2 paper cups 🥤 it was that hot. Maybe clean the wall by the coffee station too
