“I hate the company, I go in the website request for Matience it’s takes months dozens of phone calls, you have to go off I order to get something done, when rents due you get a thousand emails I feel like the house was poorly painted and put together my son bedroom door almost fell on him he’s 3 mind you the vent upstairs in my room the vent came off and my 3 years old almost cut his pinky toe off.! I called still hasn’t been fixed my door came off it was fixed a month later after I called my hand rail going up my stairs came fell off ! “I had an appointment to open a few accounts. When I arrived the person at the front desk greeted me and asked me to have a seat, also asked if I would like coffee or water while I wait, nice touch! I opened a business and a personal account. They explained everything in detail and I was able to get a debit card immediately for both accounts and start using the accounts that day. That was good cause I had some things to take care of! I had a great experience. The staff were great; patient, friendly and explained everything to me. Not often you can go into a bank and have that type of experience!”
