“I usually handle my banking online but recently I needed to handle something with my business account in person. I called into the branch to ask a question and Alison Walker helped me on the phone, even calling me back immediately with a follow up. When I went into the branch to finalize my business I was met by several agents saying hello and ensuring I was assisted in a timely manner. There were several customers there, including an elderly gentleman that I could tell needed a lot of guidance. Every interaction I thought was kind, positive, patient, and efficient. “I hate the company, I go in the website request for Matience it’s takes months dozens of phone calls, you have to go off I order to get something done, when rents due you get a thousand emails I feel like the house was poorly painted and put together my son bedroom door almost fell on him he’s 3 mind you the vent upstairs in my room the vent came off and my 3 years old almost cut his pinky toe off.! I called still hasn’t been fixed my door came off it was fixed a month later after I called my hand rail going up my stairs came fell off ! But when John r Came today sep302020 he was very kind, fixed my problems well what he could and very very polite .!”

She was so kind and gentle about the whole thing. She didn't push or ask any questions, she just acknowledged some of the hardest points of losing someone so young, and continued completing my request. Even though it's been a year and a half, her kindness made it easier to complete one of the last things I needed to do to close out my moms estate, which is bittersweet itself. Thank you, Cindy. “I had an appointment to open a few accounts. When I arrived the person at the front desk greeted me and asked me to have a seat, also asked if I would like coffee or water while I wait, nice touch! I opened a business and a personal account. They explained everything in detail and I was able to get a debit card immediately for both accounts and start using the accounts that day. That was good cause I had some things to take care of! I had a great experience. The staff were great; patient, friendly and explained everything to me. Not often you can go into a bank and have that type of experience!”
