Great customer service and friendly. I worked with Larissa Perez. She was knowledgeable, patient, courteous and worked with a smile! This is the type of customer service all businesses should have. She’s amazing.

I visited the Keybank in Dearborn the other day and worked with one of the bankers, Larissa Perez. I'm not good with pressure situations or making decisions on the spot and she made me feel very comfortable. I came in with a plan and Larissa was able to get me what i needed. I have worked with many banks in my life this has been by far the best experience. I would recommend Keybank to anyone for their banking needs. I would also suggest going to Larissa, she was helpful, sweet and very knowledgeable.

I have had multiple meetings with the branch manager and not one time have I left with any questions on my mind. He answers them before I can ask. Consistent meetings and assisting me with all of my business ventures.

One word CELISA!!! she was amazing and made a crampy old bank feel welcoming, while making our business feel appreciated. I highly recommend Key bank because of the service my son and I received from CELISA she honestly made a long bad day feel great due to her customer service. Thank you CELISA!

This review is for Asmarri, not Key bank it’s self. She is amazing and so good at her job. She also compassionate and considerate. I had someone hack my card 3 times through this bank. I was absolutely overwhelmed and close to a break down. She was so nice and gave me a piece of mind. Thank you so much.

Will literally change the time and dates of deposits and transfers so they can hit you with fees and overdrafts, so they can literally make up reasons for even MORE overdrafts. How this bank is not charged with theft, I don’t understand.

Terrible customer service. I had an emergency where I needed to add an authorized user to my account. Literally whole bank was empty and all were talking to eachother having fun. They refused to help me because I didn't have an appointment. Don't bank here you are the customer and your money matters. Bank somewhere that appreciates you.
