I love Macys but specifically this location had bad management issues, I purchase online 3 winter shoes the other one was Guess women winter boot it sent this this location for pick up I live in Grandrapids call the store pick up counter many times they don’t pick up the call when they finally pick up they be aggressive when I was speaking with them politely. They let me speak with the manager she send the 2 shoe to here,but the other Guess winter boot when I called the store she say she sent it to GR store it’s been 5 day since she told me that,when went to Grand Rapids store I found out she was lying to me did you guys think this is fair giving false information to the customer wasting their time play them fool ? Now got email saying my order canceled I don’t even ask for that. Very poor customer service in this location
