I went to Marshalls today, and the cashier treated me badly. Then the manager came, and I tried to explain that I wanted a refund, but she just said no and dismissed me with, ‘Have a good one. Bye, we don’t return.’ They didn’t even let me talk or say anything. So rude! I will never go back to this location they treat people like trash.”

Take a look at these shoes and see how dirty they are. I’m pretty sure someone returned them which is completely fine. I don’t have a problem with that. What I do have a problem with is how I had shoes that I wanted to return who do not look anything like that but they refused to take them in. I never wore them once other then inside the store. I also have a problem with allowing other people to return, dirty shoes that look disgusting and not allowing other customers who to return shoes that have never been worn outdoors. This is very shameful. Also, the Cashier looked like she was afraid of her manager that was standing right next to her. So I’m not sure if this is the reason why she refused to take them or because there is some sort of discrimination going on.
I will give you a call tomorrow for sure. Also I don't appreciate being called a liar by both cashiers.

Long line. 2 cashiers, one wasn’t helping anyone and 20 people waiting in a winding line down the aisles! Unacceptable customer service. No one from floor came to help the one girl actually working. I walked out without buying anything after 15 minutes of no line movement and the rest of the customers were getting angry.
We all understand busy times but no one understands seeing employees standing around when customers are waiting.
