This is for Thomas & Tammy (bosses). I came in yesterday to look for a shoe. After looking on my own I asked Andrea she tried to help then we went to Neveah P. We walked for over an hour & didn’t find anything for me but Neveah was very patient & never gave up. Bosses you need to recognize her efforts for that level customer service is very rare.

I was there now , i saw new women who is working in store and she was sooooo rude to my mom ,since she was looking for many items at a time, i love this store i buy everything from here please be careful who are you hiring !

Tried to walk in to grab one pair of shoes i could see from the window and got screamed at by multiple employees that they were closed when there were multiple people in the store shopping and the mall was not yet closed. I would've been in and out before the other customers and thats a fact, learn to talk to people kinder.

I wanted to get my 8 month walking shoes. I walked in and said Hello, How are you? He said hi and pointed me to the far right and told me someone would be right with me. We waited no one never came! He appeared putting shoes up and cleaning the store kept walking pass me. Eventually I sized my own baby feet and tried on the shoes. I had to go to him to get the other shoe because the only put one shoe in the box (this was not an issue) and then he asked did you find everything okay. I didn’t even say nothing I just paid for the shoe! The only reason I didn’t leave is because my whole reason for going to shoe depot is because stride rite was closed down and all the other suggestions was online and I wanted my baby and I to have the full experience my other children had. To go in the store and be completely ignored after being told I would receive help is insane unprofessional! Only to get to the counter and the other worker is twirling a Broom in the air. I’ll find another store for my baby to get the experience. I will never go to shoe depot in Fairlane mall again.

They have a huge selection so I took my two daughters there to shop. My oldest daughter wears a size 11 in women's. They didn't offer one shoe in her size. Don't think they had anything over a size 10!
