We moved out after 12 years of renting storage space there. The property manager, Sylvia, was remarkably helpful, even though we were leaving.
Sylvia helped make sure my auto payment was canceled. And she got that canceled within 30 minutes of our move out, even before I asked!
Like any storage facility, rates increased annually there. My advice: Make sure you use the vertical space efficiently with shelving, otherwise you're just wasting money on a larger unit.

As a past customer at this Istorage location. They rented a unit which had to lights in the hallway near and there are no lights inside the individual unit. When I called the 800 # and spoke to the PM at the office I was told they had no ETA on when it would be remedied because they were updating to LED lighting. I was also told they didn’t have replacement bulbs to add lighting in my section. That is the reason for the low rating. I would not rent here again.

If it wasn't for Sylvia I'll be across the street at public storage because some of the deals. But it's not about the price it's about accommodation and the safety of your belongings. I came to do my shopping around and I fell in love with this place I fell in love with the customer service...sylvia helped me a tremendously so I decided to get two of them. She is wonderful
