She greeted me with genuine kindness and a big smile that instantly made me feel like a valued guest rather than just another shopper. It’s rare to encounter someone so attentive, professional, and personable all at once—but Paris strikes that perfect balance effortlessly.
She went above and beyond to make sure I found everything I needed, even offering helpful suggestions with such care that it felt like a friend giving advice, not just an employee doing her job. Her knowledge of the store was impressive, and her enthusiasm was absolutely contagious. She clearly loves what she does, and it shows in the way she treats every customer—with respect, patience, and warmth.

“If you're looking for something that your grandmother kept in her kitchen you'll probably find it at Bur-Lers. We went for pet food because they have high-quality bags of dog food, but they have everything from the kitchen to wind chimes. Are you looking for fabric? They have it. Office/school supplies? Yep. Probably my favorite place to go when I'm looking for obscure fun stuff.”
“I think this store is magnificent. I've only been inside a couple of times, and always received service with a smile, and the owner was kind enough to give me the history of his store, and he trained his young workers well. VERY COURTEOUS. I recommend this store to any and everyone. And not very pricy. I bought some items from his store, and googled it to see the price in other stores, and I was so shocked at the huge difference. I will buy from them very often. So, get used to seeing this pretty happy face Dollar Store! :-)”

“I would just love to start by saying how much I love Five Below! It’s one of my twin girls’ and my favorite stores. I live just down the street from the location on 8 Mile and Woodward, and every time I visit, Markus the manager is so welcoming and efficient. He’s always incredibly helpful with inventory, answers any questions I have, and genuinely makes every shopping experience enjoyable.
It’s rare to find someone who takes such pride in their work and consistently provides outstanding customer service. Markus is a huge asset to the store, and I wanted to make sure his hard work and kindness didn’t go unnoticed. Thank you for always making our visits such a positive experience!”
“Still the place for all your aluminum pans/lid needs at a reasonable price. Parking can be tricky due to sharing a very small lot with an auto repair shop. Disposable serving items are a large variety and in a small enough packaging that you don't have to worry about a lot left over like those Club stores.”
