Shane Perker is the most honest, likable, straight forward salesman I’ve ever worked with. No haggling or bartering, just fair and honest pricing out of the gate. By far the easiest and smoothest vehicle I’ve made in my 27 years of buying cars. Definitely buying from him and referring others his way.

Each time that I have had work done on my 2016 Ford Escape, which I purchased at this location, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. This last time, which occurred on October 25, took the cake as the quotes that I was given in writing 30 days prior, which together totaled $700 for four specific maintenance procedures (Cabin Air Filter/Oil Change $100; Coolant Flush $189; Transmission Flush $229; and Brake Flush $179.00) were not honored by the service desk intake employee. Instead the quoted prices were inflated to the point where I could only get the Cabin Air Filter/Oil Change and Transmission Flush done to the tune of $431.02. The parts amount on my bill reads $153.00. While the miscellaneous charges read $37.33. Not surprisingly, the bulk of the bill is the $229.00 for labor. If this isn't a case of text book price gouging, I don't know what is!The last straw for me happened Thursday, November 3 (9 days after my repairs) as the manila paper/plastic guard which sits below the front part of my car to protect the engine, and related operational parts fell off when I was driving, and forced me to ride back to my place of residence with flashers on while listening to the manila paper/plastic guard drag the ground. Once I got back, and jacked the vehicle up so I could look underneath it, I noticed that the screws which hold the manila paper/plastic guard in place were missing. It then became evident to me that in order to perform the Transmission Flush that I had done, the guard had to be removed, so obviously it wasn't screwed back on correctly by the mechanic/repair person, which eventually caused the screws to fall out. This inconvenience caused me to be 2 hours late for work (less pay) as I had to look in my garage to find four screws that I could use to screw the guard back in place as it was hanging off, and being held by only one screw on the right side, making the car undrivable! Is this how you treat valued customers?!

Excellent and professional experience! The entire process from ordering my vehicle to receiving my vehicle was as smooth as possible! Pricing was straight forward and easy to understand! My salesperson was extremely friendly and went over the entire vehicle with me when it got in and also helped me get my phone set up in my car for me too ! It was truly a great stress free experience ?

Bought a car not even a month ago. Have already needed to take it back for repairs to the O2 sensor which I guess I am paying for even though the car was just purchased. Also 2 of the 3 rear seat buckles are damaged and we reported this within a day of the purchase, but no one will confirm if they will cover this or if im also on the hook for those. I thought used cars were inspected.... Guess not. Also never received a second key and have gotten the runaround for the last 3 weeks on the key they promised me. People say they will call back, they do not. Not even the manager. As soon as the sale was made we were nothing to them. At first I would have highly recommended this dealership, now I wouldn't send anyone there. No answers, promises that are not kept, and damaged safety restraints. Very disappointing.

Since they were the only ones who had the car with the specific options I was looking for, I decided to purchase the vehicle with them. Being a customer out of the state where they are located, I decided to call by phone to verify if the purchase could be made over the phone and complete all the necessary verification for approval via e-mail. A very kindly lady, guided me and confirmed to me, that the purchase could be made that way, and they even offered me the Delivery option. So, I made my final decision to buy the car from them. Later, I received an email to confirm if I wanted to move forward, which I confirmed and replied yes, and that I hoped to hear from them soon to receive more information. Today I received a call from them, in which they confirmed and very rudely told me that the purchase process could not be carried out in this way, and for the vehicle purchase I needed to be at the dealer in person. I was surprised when I heard this because it was totally different from what I was told. I was in total disbelief, Specifically, when my last vehicle purchase was made this way. The only excuse they gave me was, security purposes. If it were for security purposes, there are many ways today in 2023 to confirm a serious and decent responsible client, like in this case I was, and very sadly for me when I was ready to buy this car. I'm just a very busy person who was trying to buy the car I wanted in a more feasible way. Very sad that Ford has a Dealership that treats its long-time customers this way.

I worked with Dave Daniels to find a car when mine was totaled. He had plenty of options for me and went the extra mile to make sure the financing was correct and the car was in perfect condition.I would definitely buy my next vehicle from Dave.

Outstanding dealership staff. I would call this dealership first if you're looking for a vehicle or to set up a appointment

My family and I had a great experience with Village Ford. 'Magic' Mike Williams lives up to his nickname and really helped us out, and we were able to get a 2020 Ford Ecosport. We love our new vehicle and we 100% recommend Village Ford, and would go back.

Purchased my Ford Sports Bronco from Village Ford one month ago and I am so thrilled with the car ! In my opinion I picked the best color (Area 51) and although I had to wait 3 months for the car, it was so worth it. My salesman, Jim Flynn, is the best and he made the whole experience flawless -- from ordering the car to the day I picked the car up at the dealership. Will absolutely recommend Village Ford to anyone looking for a new car !

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from Village Ford. My husband and I appreciated Dave Daniel's willingness to answer our questions and listen to what kind of used vehicle we wanted. We received a Carfax on the car we purchased so we had a history on the vehicle. We completed our transaction in the same day and drove our new (to us) used car. I highly recommend Dave Daniels and Village Ford as a wonderful dealership to work with.

Village Ford is where I get all my service work done. They are honest, committed to make sure you are a satisfied customer even at their expense. I love the folks at Village Ford. They truly care about their customers and take pride in their work. I would recommend Village Ford over any dealer, even if you don’t own a Ford, I would take my vehicle there for service if you want good service and the job done right. Thank you Pete for making sure I received my vehicle as promised. ?

My overall experience at village Ford was good. I can’t complain. The year of 2020 I was able to get a good deal on my Ford Fusion which I really enjoy. It’s a good car to lease. However, make sure you do research on the car you want before you get to the dealership because some cars are not good to lease and the reason why is they don’t offer packages on some of their vehicles. Basically what I’m saying is some cars are better to just finance or even buy out right.

I have had my vehicle serviced a village ford twice now both times I was always kept informed. They serviced the vehicle quicker than the estimated time. I called another dealership that I purchased my vehicle from and both times they said two week just to get my car looked at. I have been thinking of buying a Maverick and the service department assist me with talking to a salesman. Who was very helpful.

Used car lot --The lot has some nice vehicles. They lost any future purchases because they knowingly were not being honest in the sale of my vehicle. You saw "sucker" written on our forehead and thought you won. Lost any future sales over $196. and definitely wasn't looking out for my best interest. If they had just offered to give me that as a customer courtesy even though they claim they couldn't. They knew I was getting the short end of the stick by not being specific. When I was just trying to make it easier on them by accepting the money,$400 and thinking they were going to give me all that would be the contract difference, plus tax and interest. They acted like it would save on the paperwork. So yes, do it, I'll take the "$400" my thinking it would include the whole contract difference. Reducing by $400 also reduces everything else, so I thought,my loss. I didn't realize they weren't going to rework it and give me back the contract difference reducing it by $400 made. Then I realized they screwed me out of $196. and refused to make it right. They have a closed contract so f'u is how they feel. Thanks!!It's more than obvious now that they really tried to sell it to me for the higher amount. Smiling faces aren't always honest faces!!You got me!! Bent without grease or permission. The way you handled financing also gave, you thought my credit was shot. 800+, and you tried it! Who the Hell is Santander?! Crooked subprime lenders with horrible reviews and extremely high interest rates. What's sad is I still need a second vehicle and this was a test to see if you were going to try and make it right!I hope you weren't trying to make any money off the interest. The car paid in full! You won't be getting another dime and I will getting the other vehicle from someone else. I just wanted to hear that you would make it right like you kept preaching. I didn't walk away mad. I walked away sad!! Stop laughing, the jokes on you!

My car was under extended warranty for a transmission control module. I got a diagnosis from two different people that this is what was wrong with my vehicle. I was in contact with Village Ford they stated they could fix my car and had the part in stock to fix it. I towed my car up to their location to find out the part was on back order and that there were 60 other vehicles on their lot ahead of mine waiting for the same part. They then refused to service my vehicle because of an ignition interlock device. I contacted the State of Michigan and they stated that dealerships are supposed to work with you and around the device. I've had transmission work done at Gene Butman ford in Ypsilanti no problems, but Village Ford refused me service even though my car is under warranty. I offered to come move the car when they could fix it and they stated their supervisor said they can't do any work on my car unless the device is removed. This dealership has poor communication skills and their employees clearly don't know what they're talking about. My initial phone call I stated I had an interlock device told them it was my TCM and the employee told me tow it, the part was in stock and I could pick it up by the end of the week. Fast forward 8 months later, my car is still not fixed and they refuse to fix it. They also threatened to make me pay a storage fee for having my car sitting in their lot. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND VILLAGE FORD!!!
