Super helpful place! My license plate fell off and I had to get it repaired quickly. Hector, in the hardware section, helped me out immediately, no questions asked! They earned a new, loyal customer.

Came to brooks to get some soil. Cashier was super friendly and helpful! THANK YOU! Unfortunately when I had to pick up the soil from the yard I was treated so poorly. I’ve never been into the garage to pick up any kind of supply so when I am expecting some kind of friendly guidance, this man is just completely ignoring my presence and waiting for me to guide myself. I told him he could have communicated with me where exactly to go and he said “what did I tell you?” I said “to pull into the garage” WHICH I DID and he said “I said pull in THROUGH the garage”
Horrible attitude and complete disappointment. I don’t know what I did to deserve to be treated like a bother. I need more soil but I’ll just go to Home Depot.
