So many things I can say about this place from the Top Tier customer service, the price for repairs was great, they did an amazing job, truck looked brand new when I picked it up..Sam was Awesome!!! Took my truck to get an estimate from another collision shop, they quoted me double the price what Greenfield Collision quoted. Went to Greenfield Collision to get quote, they got me in same day and had my truck back 3 days later! Not to mention Sam took me to get my rental car, went in with me and told them to take care of me....and they did! Discount plus an upgraded vehicle. ?? If you have any damage to your vehicle, I highly recommend you take it here, I was very impressed and will not take my vehicle anywhere else! Customer for life! Thank you Sam! TOP TIER!!”

I took my truck for a simple RE- PHASING of one yoke in the driveline, because of a vibration.
The problem, turns was not as simple as I thought. The team of professionals, showed me every legitimate causes of the vibration.
First of, this is a MACK drive train, and parts are not easy to get. Darrel got the Mack part before 10:30 am next day, unlike the dealer.
Before noon next day, the truck was finished.
Quality control by JR and 2 team members was thoroughly went over for more than an hour.
Nobody in the truck service business does quality control. This was a first FOR ME.

I was given quite a deal since I went through my esurance. Nortown made a very painful situation easy to deal with. Their guaranteed lifetime warranty on all vehicles is a great thing to keep in mind as well. Come to this shop for your collision needs, you will be taken care of!”

“Incredible work! My car had a severe sunroof leak that left water sitting in the floorboard of my car. As a result, my carpets and the padding underneath molded all the way through and up onto my seats. The car had a horrible smell and was essentially unusable. I brought the car to Sam and the work he and his crew did on it was AMAZING!! He was so knowledgable and immediately identified what caused the leak, how to fix the damage, and how to prevent leaks in the future. They did a full replacement of the interior carpets and thoroughly cleaned the seats and interior for an extremely reasonable price. Sam was responsive, incredibly kind, and an absolute pleasure to work with. He addressed every concern I had with the car and got it looking (and smelling) like a brand new car! I am so thankful for the work Sam did and I strongly recommend going to him for any and all car needs!”
