“I cannot say enough good things about Mike and the entire team at Fordson Collision! I recently brought my car in after a front-end accident, and they handled the repair perfectly from start to finish. Mike is one of the most honest and straightforward guys you will ever meet in this industry. He worked with me to keep the repair costs incredibly reasonable, saving me thousands compared to other estimates. They finished the job exactly when they promised, and the paint matching and body lines look flawless—you would never know the car was in an accident. To top it all off, Mike made sure to carefully save and hand over all of my usable spare parts that are still good to use. That level of transparency and honesty is so rare these days. My car is driving perfectly straight and smooth again. If you want high-quality work, fair pricing, and a mechanic you can actually trust, go see Mike at Fordson Collision. Highly recommend!”

“My Granddaughter had an accident a few buildings from this shop. There was a review about this shop that was not favorable. As God would have it her car was towed to the Dearborn location. It's difficult when you have an accident not knowing what the outcome will be. They were very considerate. I found them to be friendly and willing to work with us. They explained the process and were willing to answer any questions we had without making us feel they were talking down to us. The Collision Shop Is the place to go when you want professionalism and a considerate staff.”

“I can't say enough good about my experience with Jack Demmer Collision Center. Mike was very kind and walked me through what needed to be fixed on my Traverse. He went the extra mile in making sure that my car was beautiful when I got it back. Thank you 😊. All the staff that I came in contact with were great also. Text messages to keep me up to date on were they were with repairs were very helpful. I would recommend this shop for all your collision needs.”

“After an unfortunate accident on vacation in Michigan we chose Schrader Collision off of google reviews to fix our vehicle damage. The staff were super friendly and kept us up to speed over the 4 weeks they had our vehicle - and even kept it an extra week until we could pick it up from out of state. Our car looks perfect and we had a great experience.”

“Problem with AC. Came to dealership to get fixed. Kris (service) was super awesome. Always Pleasant and welcoming when there. Service took longer than I expected (as they were waiting on a part/no fault of theirs) which was super frustrating. But I was given a loaner car. Kris never disappoints to provide extraordinary customer service. I called almost every other day (as I was impatient) and never once did he display any irritation with my constant calls (thank you). He even went above and beyond to put me a vehicle that was like mines so I didn’t have to compromise on space (which I needed). The situation with A/C was not ideal of course. However he made it a smooth and easy process until my car was ready. I love this location. Everyone is super nice from sales to service. Thank you Kris and VW team! You guys are awesome! Staff is awesome here. Love the atmosphere, service and personality of staff. Superb crew!”

“This place was awesome. I have an old viper/excalibur alarm/remote system. On an 1999 dodge ram 1500 This place, after calling around was the only one I could find to work on them. After about an hour and a half, and $86 bucks, the system was fixed and even with adding a 2nd remote. Great place”

“Worked with a wonderful gentleman named Sam, he called me regularly regarding any updates or issues found with my car. They worked with me and my insurance to fix what was damaged due to a fellow driver driving incompentently causing damage to my front end and I belive transmission. [Clean off your windshields people before you drive so you dont hurt someone else or damage their property!!] They worked quickly and efficiently to get me my car as soon as possible but also to make sure it was completed and safe to drive. They even did some paint touchups on my tailgate where there were some tiny rust dots just to help maintain my car. Wonderful team, hope I dont have to send my car back for new issues but if I did I would use them!”

“In the shadow of the Rouge. On historic ground where working people took on one of the most powerful corporations in the world and forced it to recognize their humanity. This is the place where people learned a hard truth early on: When you challenge power, power fights back. When Ford attacked the union, it wasn’t because the union was wrong. It was because the union was strong. God bless UAW Local 600”

“i work for the company and honestly I'm satisfied. I only have 4 stars because the staffing is rough due to the pandemic. I'm sure with proper staffing would improve the flow of business, all around though an awesome company to work with and a good connection. The work is fare for the pay and they take this pandemic seriously so safety has been a good comfort.”

“It was time for an oil change so I made an online appointment for first thing in the morning and I got right in. I had the appointment set to get a loaner because most of the time they normally keep my car for a whole day. So once I got checked in, he told me it should be only about a 40 minute wait, so I waited and it really only took about 30 minutes, I was in and out real quick and then I headed right to work. The good thing is they open at 7 and my appointment was for 7:30 and I was driving out the lot at 8 am and at work by 8:15!”
