“Problem with AC. Came to dealership to get fixed. Kris (service) was super awesome. Always Pleasant and welcoming when there. Service took longer than I expected (as they were waiting on a part/no fault of theirs) which was super frustrating. But I was given a loaner car. Kris never disappoints to provide extraordinary customer service. I called almost every other day (as I was impatient) and never once did he display any irritation with my constant calls (thank you). He even went above and beyond to put me a vehicle that was like mines so I didn’t have to compromise on space (which I needed). The situation with A/C was not ideal of course. However he made it a smooth and easy process until my car was ready. I love this location. Everyone is super nice from sales to service. Thank you Kris and VW team! You guys are awesome! Staff is awesome here. Love the atmosphere, service and personality of staff. Superb crew!”

This place, after calling around was the only one I could find to work on them.
After about an hour and a half, and $86 bucks, the system was fixed and even with adding a 2nd remote.

“Worked with a wonderful gentleman named Sam, he called me regularly regarding any updates or issues found with my car. They worked with me and my insurance to fix what was damaged due to a fellow driver driving incompentently causing damage to my front end and I belive transmission. [Clean off your windshields people before you drive so you dont hurt someone else or damage their property!!]
They worked quickly and efficiently to get me my car as soon as possible but also to make sure it was completed and safe to drive. They even did some paint touchups on my tailgate where there were some tiny rust dots just to help maintain my car. Wonderful team, hope I dont have to send my car back for new issues but if I did I would use them!”
