“Definitely going to be back to this place. Super friendly and even more helpful. We came with 4 bikes with bad tires and they took care of us easily. They got our family of 6 on the road again.”
“Carl and Jason helped me get my son’s first “big boy” bike. They were a joy to talk with! Inspected the bike thoroughly and did a great job explaining information to me. Their vibe created a great atmosphere that I have not experienced in any other bike shop. I will definitely be back to buy the rest of my children’s bikes there!”
“These people are amazing. They Literally stayed after closing and waited for me for only an eight dollar inner tube that’s love and he offered to put it on the bike if I had the bike no extra charge. These are some good people. I definitely will be coming here to buy my kids Christmas scooters”
“Hey guys if your from the Detroit area. Or ever in the downtown Detroit area. Wheelhouse Detroit. Is your place for bike purchases, rentals & repair. The employees there are really cool & very friendly👍. I took my bike in for a repair & got a really great deal. On the maintenance & parts. The repair guy is a rider himself. So, he knew alot about bikes. And knew exactly what I needed. And he fixed the problem. Making it possible for me to work. I'm in the delivery business. They had me up & running in no time guys. Great energy great environment. Right by the water. So I took in some views by the water. While my bike was being fixed. This location gets a 5 star rating in my book. Go check'em if your having bike problems...RIDE ON!!!👍”

“I love The Hub and Back Alley Bikes! Whether I need a piece of advice, a new tube, or a full tune up, The Hub is always my first stop. The staff is always super kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The shop always has quality bikes and if they don’t have the parts I’m looking for they are quick to offer placing an order. Back Alley is also an incredible asset to have around with the amount of apartment dwellers that lack ample space to wrench on bikes. I love The Hub and Back Alley and I will tell anybody that will listen!!”
“Alec and Brian were very helpful! My front tire was bent and I arrived 1 hour before they closed and they quoted me appropriately and gave me a great timeline on when my bike would be done. Absolutely charismatic gentlemen with superb customer service skills. Brian made me feel like I was taken care of, in my emergency.”

“My boyfriend and I came in to purchase bikes for the first time. We had such a great experience and the salesperson was very helpful, patient, and knowledgeable. Never felt pressured to buy, he really wanted us to feel satisfied with our ride and answered all of our questions/concerns. Will definitely come by again for future needs or sales”
