The staff is always super kind, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. The shop always has quality bikes and if they don’t have the parts I’m looking for they are quick to offer placing an order. Back Alley is also an incredible asset to have around with the amount of apartment dwellers that lack ample space to wrench on bikes.
