I came in on a Monday afternoon, and was out in less than 10 min. He was very polite and so helpful. He also helped me put it back in my suv. Highly recommend this bike shop! Back Alley is also an incredible asset to have around with the amount of apartment dwellers that lack ample space to wrench on bikes.
