The Cullen Family Carousel is a great family place located right along Detroit's beautiful Riverwalk. It offers free carousel rides for both children and adults. The area has incredible views of the river and downtown. It is very convenient, with a nearby parking lot, playground, and restrooms that are clean and in good shape. There are beautiful picnic tables and benches for resting, as well as open grass areas. It is a nice spot to walk, ride bikes, or use a stroller. The carousel has limited hours, so it is best to go early. It is a dog-friendly place with plenty of leashed dogs.
Excellent place to spend good time with family members. Having all facilities to have good walk thru all river front area from one to end to other end. Parking, entertainment, bicycles, merry-go-round..so nice to enjoy lot of time in a weekend.

Such an amazing space on the Riverfront! Beautiful scenery, amazing events and a great place to take a walk.
