“I like this location because there are some great finds. This store is busy, but that's because you can find some good items below $5. If you have the time, take a look. The store is fun, , service is good, and prices are fair. Sometimes the staff isn't always visible, but it's fun looking for your items.”

“The staff at this location was absolutely helpful however there is a disconnect between the actual inventory and what you're able to scan into the door dash app, as available for purchase for DoorDash customers, that could come from shrinkage or other factors but when I went in there to assist in a DoorDash pickup all of the items we were looking for were not there and things were in disarray, And we ended up having to pass on that run possibly messing up our stats in the DoorDash app for accepting jobs. I give the staff for out of 5 stars as a matter of fact I would like to give five stars for the staff but the inventory is another story.”
“I thought I had left my debit card there. I went back staff didn't see it. They told me too leave my number. They checked the camera system and called me back, I told them, "y'all didn't see it because it's been at home." That's Customer service 😉”

“The store is well maintained and the shelves are well stocked. The staff is helpful and friendly. The wait time for check out used to be horrible because there was usually only one register open. Now when the line backs up, they open another line or two until the lines are clear.”

“The place always have everything in stock... I went in this morning.. trying to find some balloons for a birthday party.. they didn't have too much of a choice of birthday balloons in the front.. but the two young ladies help me out and point me in the right direction without to get some better balloons at. Those girls were so nice they even put fetty inside of the balloons for me.. over and beyond.. very nice people very speedy service.. I will be back.. whoever is managing the place now is doing a excellent job. Thanks again.”
“No place is perfect. People are looking for perfection. Well, you can forget about that. This store sits on the border of inner city & suburb. Crime is high. Employees are doing their best work. Cleaner than most stores in the area. Shelves are stocked. Floors are clear of clutter. Anyone with complaints, should go out of their way, and spend more money, somewhere else.....”
“Family Dollar they always have what you go in there to look for but the problem is its kind of messy.. not filthy not nasty don't get me wrong and don't misunderstand they're just some of the shelves are overstocked so that can tend to look clustered and unkept but other than that keep up the good work ladies and gentlemen and thank you for being open”

“You will most likely find what you need in this huge store. I don’t know why they still use the name Dollar most things are a dollar and above some things are appropriately price others are overpriced but once they get you in the store, you pretty much just go for it.”
