duly's is a nice restaurant if you're a chilli dog fan !! they have the best chilli dogs in Southwest if you ask me. Older people work here so the service is around medium but they don't take very long and their manners make up for it. not enough sitting space though, so I wouldn't invite a whole family or whatnot, dulys is small on the inside as well. but overall it is a fantastic place to eatParking: I'll say there's 10 parking spots in the lot across from dulys, there should be a taco truck in it as well, that's where me and my family usually park at when eating at dulys, you would just have to cross the street of course. and if you're lucky usually around the morning time dulys street parking isn't that bad so you can park closer !!Kid-friendliness: they're really nice with kids, I've seen a lot of youth dine in at dulys, and the employees love kids !!.Wheelchair accessibility: for dulys it's already on a flat area no stairs no catch, so if you're in a wheelchair or whatnot don't worry you can roll right in here with no problem

Poor take out packaging. Smooshed coneys, didn't care for the hot dogs. Like natural casing. Disappointed overall. Wouldn't try again.

It’s an iconic staple of Detroit, there is a reason Anthony Bourdain visited this place. Heads up it’s cash only and limited seating so try to get there at a decent time. Food is quick hot delicious and served with that. Classic Detroit diner style atmosphere.

Came to Detroit for sightseeing, only to accidentally step into the so-called legendary Coney dog war. Apparently the locals are still undecided on which place deserves the title of the best Coney dog in town.Due to unplanned circumstances, Duly's was the first place we visited. And considering that Anthony Bourdain also visited this joint, I'd say that we made a fortuitous discovery. The joint has the old school diner vibe, like being frozen in time. For the best experience, sit on the counter and enjoy friendly banter with the locals. So how does Duly's stack up in the war? The locals consider this place to be number 3 in town. I found Duly's Coney dog to be the messiest, due to the generous dollop of chili our host dropped on top of the hot dog. There was no way we could eat the Coney dog with our hands, so we resorted to fork and knife like a total newbie. The sausage was not special, but the chili was tasty and comforting. We loved it so much that we ordered an extra helping of chili.I also ordered the hamburger steak for brunch, which came with generous stash of potatoes and salad. The hamburger was okay, but when combined with chili, every bite became an incredible experience. That chili really goes well with anything! I think Duly's is a strong contender in the Coney dog war, and should deserve as much exposure as the downtown contenders.

The restaurant has a long history and is always full with long-time regulars. You can have a wonderful time just sitting here drinking coffee and relaxing until your meal arrives.

Tasty, cheap and big on atmosphere. The Coney Dogs here are mouth watering. Just one of those legit old-school hole in the wall spots, a real piece of Detroit history. If it was good enough for Anthony Bourdain, it's good enough for you!
