Tellers are the best, very personal and friendly. Branch Managers (not sure of title) the women that sit in the office need a little more customer service training my experience with that part of the branch very uncomfortable didn't even want to apply for the loan.

My visits to the Woodward/Grd Blvd branch was always pleasant and benefical. All my needs and questions were timely and properly addressed. A couple miscues by me were resolved with patient instructions. I respect and admire the humane professionalism of the Fifth Third staff.
