Lafayette Towers is an excellent apartment building in a prime location in Detroit, close to downtown and within walking distance of Greektown, entertainment, and a convenient shopping plaza. The views from the building are great, unmatched, and jaw-dropping, offering residents beautiful sunrises and sunsets. The community is well-run and provides a seamless transition for new residents, making it feel like a home and a place of relaxation. The staff is truly amazing, incredible, professional, supportive, and friendly. The entire team across all departments, including the office staff, leasing agents, and custodial and maintenance workers, is helpful, kind, tactful, efficient, polite, poised, and genuinely committed. They are responsive and handle issues quickly and skillfully, making residents feel appreciated, respected, and at home. The maintenance team is knowledgeable and provides fast, professional service. Amenities include a pool in the summer, a small workout room, and some utilities included. The building offers studio apartments and is a highly recommended place for students and anyone wanting to enjoy Detroit. The overall experience is pleasant and manageable, with the professional staff and unbeatable location making the community truly stand out.
The staff here is amazing! Yvonne did a great job of showing me around and getting me an amazing studio apartment. The views are great and I was able to get a good deal for the place. Highly recommend for any student around Wayne state

Just wanted to praise the maintenance work done on my dishwasher / garbage disposal. The maintenance worker was very polite and knowledgeable. He identified my problem and made corrections right away. I just want to thank him for all of his help.
