Manny the representative that works for or with Metro pcs at this location discriminated and turned away a woman seeking help. Do not spend your money here. A woman and chuld came here in search for help and for two days this man turned them away. The first day he lied about his sysytem being down, metro pcs customer service said return to the store, call when you arrive. This man became enraged, started gaslighting the customer before telling her in company of her young child he was refusing them service and help told them to leave and go somewhere else. A paying customer. We don't need people like this in our community. Send this to click on Detroit, Channel 2 Fox news. No one should be treated like this.

Just left here. Guy with ponytail tried to charge me $45 to switch my service to my new phone saying I would need a new SIM card n everything. Lied. I went down the street n the guy switch my services for only 20. No new SIM card needed. Don’t go here. He’s just charging whatever he choosers
