Metro by T-Mobile provides excellent and friendly customer service. Representatives are extremely helpful, pleasant, and nice. They take time to assist with problems, tech support, and navigating new phones, often straightening out issues. Staff are happy to help fix problems, even on phones not sold at the store. Customers report being happy and satisfied for many years, recommending the business to family and friends.

I go there from time to time. Manny has always been extremely helpful straightening out problems like why does my screen look like that or why can't I do something. Everyone I have delt with there has been helpful and nice.
