I went in to purchase a phone for my son. My son has Williams Syndrome and Autism. The gentleman that help us was very patient, knowledgeable, and informed me of discounts that I didn't know applied to me. I live in Ypsilanti, and my daughter in Grisse Point Park. Someone had stolen my daughters phone and she pays her bill here. One guy called her iPhone and said something to scare the theif. The bum brought my daughters phone back to this store. I will be going in tomorrow to purchase the gateway package.

I was treated with rudeness by Da'von for approximately 15 minutes..while he stated to myself and another person who said she was in pain that the company has told him to make everyone wait while he takes payments. After 3 payments have been taken a 4th payment walks in he tells them again to step to the counter. I then asked when will you help me? After he said the issue with payments I advised him I've been patient and waited for my turn.. he asked me to leave the store and refused to service me!! Where was the customer service? Why was I asked to leave after being patient? He needs to be out of the public you're asking for problems and poor ratings. I was the 2nd person who asked about the issue.Poor customer service!!

Best metro store around. The employees there treat you like family and know everyone by first name bases. As well as great customer service, they have very competitve pricing on all iphones and accessories. I would recommend everyone to go. I pass 6 stores before coming to this one. Worth the trip!

Be aware of the con artist short chubby white guy he will force you into getting a new number for no reason just to sell cheap metro phones That you can't bring my back even if you have the receipt ....

Best customer service around, Jon helped me with my iPhone 7 it was having bad service when I came in and after I left it's been having great service ever since. Best store in the city!
