Convenient...because it is very close to the Southfield/Plymouth Exit.
People working there are so very helpful.
Leaving Verizon after 25 years as a customer because they stop caring because they just go too big.

“I got turned away from the Woodward att store today and I thought I would never get my number connected to my new phone. But then I to drove 25 min to Vernor where employees John and Maira knew exactly what to do, and restored my number in 10 minutes. I wish I could rate higher. I will never use the woodward branch again haha”

“I came to this store for my grandmother. Was looking for phone for her to have because she lives by herself. Some lady named Sofia helped us look for a phone that my grandmother could actually operate. To my surprise my grandmother wanted a smart phone and we found a smaller one that she would be able to hold and work. The sales lady actually helped us get it all set up for her with phone numbers and everything and even gave her a quick rundown on how to operate the phone. Definitely pleased with this place and will be back.”
“This is by far my favorite Metro location. I've been to many different locations over the years and so many just rip you off, you're stuck waiting forever, they're constantly trying to upsell, etc. At this location they are totally up front, they tell you exactly how much everything is, which matches the listed prices, there's no hidden unpleasant surprises - they tell you the activation price, phone, service, etc. Not only that, they always let me know when there's a promotion that's applicable, and I've gotten some great deals. They're always very professional, timely, and efficient. 10/10”
