Metro by T-Mobile is a great place to get a phone and get a lot of great help. The store provides good customer service and associates go above and beyond. They solve phone issues quickly, help with transfers, and get customers good deals. It is considered the best store to go to, leading some to switch over. Many have been going there for years and would never change it.
If you go here ask for Jay! He is amazing and treat all of his customers with care, quickness, quality and respect. Best customer service from any metro store I have been too. If you need help, go here and ask for him.
