“Well I got to say I used D&D moving and Storage, I called they came and gave me estimate once I agreed they packed the whole house and it was last minute, emergency because I didn't have no where to go, but they took the time and bubble wrapped expensive stuff and everything and I kept my stuff there probably a year before I bought my house and that was 1995, they did an amazing job and as for my stuff still the same as when I put it in there.”

“I used them today after a few people recommended them to me and they honestly did a great job. They were able to schedule me last minute, which was such a relief. They showed up on time and got right to work. I felt like the job I had kind of sucked, moving out going down a flight of stairs and going up a flight moving in, and to top it off it was raining. They worked really hard and they got it done fast. I was really worried my couch wasn’t going to fit going up the stairs into my new apartment, but they pulled it off. Their prices were very reasonable too. It was my first time hiring movers and it took a lot of the stress out of moving for me and it was very worth it. I’ll recommend them to everyone.”

“John and his company have helped me with many light moving jobs inside my property - moving refrigerators or furniture between floors. They have also hauled away junk for a reasonable price as well as helped with some major demo work. The team pulled up a vinyl floor to help expose hardwoods on my entire 2nd floor. I'm always flexible regarding time, not on a tight schedule. They show up, work hard, and help with any small jobs I have. I so appreciate having the help and someone to call when I need heavy lifting. Thank you!”

Have used U-Haul for over 20 years in Michigan, Texas and California. Never had a complaint. Used both trucks and storage (Manvel TX and Detroit MI). No complaints here.”

“We used Grosse Pointe Moving and storage for our local home move on 11-06-2024. They were wonderful! The moving crew couldn’t have been more thoughtful and respectful to us and our belongings. They worked extremely hard from 9 am until 6 pm, but still maintained their cheerful demeanor! A great big Thank You to the crew that moved us, you guys are efficient and a lot of fun! We also had Grosse Pointe Moving pack our belongings for us, they did a superb job! I would definitely recommend Grosse Pointe Moving & Storage they are all around great, Thank you!”
