U-Haul Moving & Storage at 7 Mile & Livernois is a well-run location with very friendly and helpful employees. The staff is efficient, provides great customer service, and is courteous and cool. They are able to quickly get customers set up for rentals and storage. The manager is very nice and goes beyond to help. While the trucks are clean, there have been occasional issues with vehicle maintenance, such as a roof leak or a gas meter concern. Overall, the location offers everything for a move, including truck rentals, trailers, and self-storage, with a team noted for its effective service.
They were very professional and helpful. I was able to use the service and the truck was clean and all the employees were ready to service this customer and my experience was awesome! Doing business in Detroit was great!

Uneventful experience overall - when you’re stressed and helping a friend move, uneventful is fantastic. Clean equipment ready to go when promised, quick check in at counter, and fast return. Good job from the team.

Stop putting associates on e alerts, if the customer has no outstanding debt or issues, they should not be inconvenienced for someone else's decision.
