“Even though it seems like they mostly cater to businesses, they were very happy to help me shop for a single office chair for my home office. The selection is mostly office chairs, lobby type chairs, desks, and filing cabinets, but they had a smattering of other furniture, as well. A surprising amount of options, and most had multiple of each type so if you need a set of matching furniture, there are many options here. Good prices, and very nice and helpful people. I do wish their hours weren't quite so limited because it's hard to get there during a workday, but it was worth the trip.”
“Monarch saved me!
At work I locked a fair amount of personal items in my bottom desk drawer (like I do every night). The next morning my drawer key was not in it's usual hiding spot! I felt doomed! I did not want to tell my boss (at my new job) I lost the key so I started looking for make and models of the desk. I found some info and googled the make. That's when I found Monarch, they carried that type of office furniture. I called them right away and explained I needed a new key. I was directed to service where I sent photos of the lock and desk serial numbers. Monarch was amazing, even though they did not have the exact key, they found a solution. They sent me two videos showing me how to take the lock out and replace with a new one. Then they sent the solution out to me to arrive the very next day! I was amazed at the customer service and generosity the staff provided me. They saved me from embarrassment and money (from getting a lock smith too). I could not believe it! I told all my coworkers what they had done for me in this bind. It's really nice to know that there are still people and companies out there willing to help! Thanks again Monarch.”
