Party Place is a large, decent party store on the East Side. It is a one-stop shop with a lot of items you would not expect to find. They have great prices. The store is clean. Some employees are nice and friendly, though one experience involved yelling. It is considered one of the best party stores on the Eastside; if they don't have an item, it likely isn't sold anywhere.
