Never have I felt so demoralized for just renting a car. I waited for hours to be help and the wait was unbearable. I'm in Detroit for a funeral and I missing the entire Family viewing. Been in flight since 4 am it's 4pm now and still in line. I'm so upset and trying my best to stay calm.
