“The customer service we received from Khaalidah was amazing. She was kind and patient. She let my father call our Canadian Visa bank to figure out an issue with our card, took probably fifteen minutes. She laughed at our cheesy jokes, even complimented some of them. She was truly a joy at the desk to help us. We were also confused about extra fees as we reserved for over $300 on wiseguys, to be hit with a $700 charge ($200 deposit) to which we still do not understand. She was very kind and just explained the fees to the best of her knowledge, as she is not responsible for the way they charge. I personally would recommend the service, but not the cost ? thanks again Khaalidah for the great start to visiting Detroit for the first time.”

The first time I went in I met one of the managers and he went as far to tell me if I ever needed something they don't carry they would order it for me. Plus the have booze! “A great rental service! No hustle at the drop off and clear instructions. Very organized lines at the drop off (I rented the car at IN and dropped it at DTW).And even greater is the courtesy by the Airport Transport Shuttle Service lady, Janice. She was a very kind person and spoke nicely. On noticing my throw, she came up to me and talked about chess since my throw had chess pieces printed on. It felt nice talking to her.I didn’t know where to post a review about her service. But I hope the related personnel notices this, can you please convey the same to Janice? “Rented the EV Special and much to my delight, it was a Willy Jeep! Yup, the cool one we all want to be seen in but for long hauls, don’t want to own. It was perfect for my short weekend and my son and I loved it. The pickup was in the designated spot after the shuttle bus. It was gassed up and spotless. Drop off was easy as always with another shuttle waiting and ready to take us back to the airport terminal. Love the app with directions to the drop off location too!”

“Be prepared to wait. Long wait for shuttle at airport. Three shuttles filled before we could get on. Long wait in line to pick up car, took about a hour. Understaffed. Received electric car that was not feasible or sensible for our use. Came back at night and traded for gasoline car. Customer service Ashley was awesome and got us on the way without a problem.”
