“I love it! The GM Renaissance Center is truly the heartbeat of Detroit – a perfect blend of modern architecture, history, and innovation. The views of the riverfront are breathtaking, the atmosphere is vibrant, and you can feel the Motor City spirit in every corner. Whether you’re here for business, sightseeing, or just to soak in the skyline, this place captures the essence of Detroit like nowhere else. Highly recommended for anyone who wants to experience the real energy of the city!”

“It's ok ! The water company is there and you can pay your bill . There's a fresh fish market, I like the Dollar tree. Rainbows, Beauty supply and there's a Shoe store it has free parking. I can't complain I don't go there every day but it's ok.”
“Picked up chicken shawarma salad at Bucharest. It was prepared with a lot of care this time. I've had instances in the past where the meat was too salty or the lettuce was not fresh. The interior is nice, also by the front entrance there is a small independently owned dessertcounter(delicious). The plaza needs to do something about the mile high speed humps that are constantly scraping up under your car.”
“Food I'd great homemade Mexican and ice cream all kinds of new inbox tools clothes shoes it's a must go ppl are nice and kind prices are so so but if u like garage sales you'll love this place so get moving and bring cash”

“Grocery store where you can also pay some bills on kiosk like water, Gas, and so forth. I did visit on this day to purchase some bacon, lettuce, tomato and bread to prepare a few sandwiches for my Boss and her sister”
“With a Dollar General, beauty supply, chicken and Chinese food restaurants it's impressive to see these businesses thrive throughout the transformation of this neighborhood. Hopefully things will improve even more.”

“The Millender Center is a hotel, a shopping mall and an apartment complex all in one glorious mid 80s structure. It spans two city blocks in downtown Detroit with a portion of the building forming a bridge over Larned street. The shops are not numerous, but includes 3 restaurants, a market with quality groceries, a party store, fashion shop, credit union, hair styling, book store and a few more. The Millender has a People Mover stop and two "gerbil walks" that connects to the Renaissance Center and to the city county building (city hall). The complex also has a public parking garage which is pretty convenient. This place is a great hidden gem in Detroit.”

“Went to the plaza to go to Metro the guy in the Metro wouldn't give me my information because he was saying that I can't get the information that was a lie because they wouldn't have never told me that on the phone to get my information so I can get another phone”
“What a great experience. The staff, management, and ownership should be proud of what they have created at the Monarch club. The service, hospitality, quality, and ambiance of the space match the unforgettable panoramic view of the great Detroit skyline. We were a party of 14, and not a single one of our party left unimpressed. Great job monarch!”
“Hands down one of the best experiences in shopping I had by far…Darren was phenomenal, he helped my husband and I find a shirt to match his shoes…We drove up from Cleveland to shop for an event and was recommended to this place. I will definitely keep this shop in mind next time for my husband and I…”
