    Skyline charged almost $700 to tow a car 4 miles. The car had been in an accident, was actually drivable but the battery had died. They added a $325 "accident" charge (no itemization noted on the receipt), as well as a $235 "special equipment" charge (also no note); neither one was alerted to us ahead of time. $700 to... read full comment

    We had to get a tow home which cost $250. The driver was fine. When finished, they charged an extra $15 for using a card which should of been mentioned on the set up call. Rarely do people carry that kind of cash around these days.

    The customer service was amazing! When I called, the person who answered the phone was very kind and helpful, quick to give me a price.
