“Yesterday my truck wouldn’t start, and after some friends got it going, I knew the starter needed to be replaced. I first called another shop, but they didn’t really seem to care—they just told me to “bring it in whenever and we’ll get to it when we can.”
When I called Pointe Auto Tech, Mike answered and immediately treated my situation like it mattered. He told me to bring the truck straight in and not shut it off, making sure I’d get there without getting stranded. He really cared about helping me, and it showed.
Even better, they had the starter replaced and my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. That’s incredible, especially since I don’t have another vehicle to fall back on. Mike truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I can’t thank him enough.
The price point was amazing too! Looking around and his prices are lower for sure! So excellent customer service and great prices!

She helped me to retrieve my personal items that were needed before Monday. “This gas station is one of those locations that you need to be careful about. There are always local panhandler's and a gentlemen pretending to be deaf and d*** for food. Sadly, cops that make rounds in the trisecting area rarely stop here because of consecutive incidents. Besides that, the interior is always well stocked and clean. The employees know the area very well and regularly assist customers whether they lock their keys in their car or just need a quick bite to eat.
