“Yesterday my truck wouldn’t start, and after some friends got it going, I knew the starter needed to be replaced. I first called another shop, but they didn’t really seem to care—they just told me to “bring it in whenever and we’ll get to it when we can.”
When I called Pointe Auto Tech, Mike answered and immediately treated my situation like it mattered. He told me to bring the truck straight in and not shut it off, making sure I’d get there without getting stranded. He really cared about helping me, and it showed.
Even better, they had the starter replaced and my truck back to me in less than 24 hours. That’s incredible, especially since I don’t have another vehicle to fall back on. Mike truly went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of, and I can’t thank him enough.
The price point was amazing too! Looking around and his prices are lower for sure! So excellent customer service and great prices!
Highly recommend Pointe Auto Tech—and especially Mike—if you want a shop that actually looks out for you, gets the job done right, and doesn’t try to overcharge you!”

However, they selflessly referred me to a competitor who took care of me within an hour. I am so appreciative of their kindness and assistance in my time of need. “I took my vehicle there to get service on Friday morning at 10:00 a.m. my vehicle will not start I had a mechanic look at it who couldn't get it started and several AAA staff as well. By 12:00 p.m. I received a phone call that my vehicle was ready. I was completely shy because numerous people couldn't figure out the issue but they did. It was the longest two weeks that I felt like was an eternity without my vehicle. Thank you so much for the fast reliable and great service. I really appreciate your business going over and Beyond to repair my vehicle.”

“Late at night, my car broke down on the side of the road and I found myself in need of a tow -- never a good circumstance. I called this company and I’m glad someone answered right away and informed me exactly when help would arrive. The driver arrived on time and did the Car Towing procedure with care, making sure my vehicle was safely secured before leaving. I had to move the car to another city the next day and they helped arrange Long-Distance Hauling without making it complex. Everything was easy, and no hidden fees at the end. I loved that the driver even followed up with me throughout the ride to confirm drop-off arrangements. It is rare that you get a service that is good with communication and efficient. Overall it took a stressful break down and made it manageable. If I needed towing or hauling services in the future I would absolutely hire them again.”
“Hands down great service and very helpful! The whole team did amazing helping my car get back to the way it was. If you want a fast repair with a welcoming atmosphere, go American!”

“While it took 4 hours for truck to arrive , I do believe you were hired by our shop once they realized they couldnt get to me. Driver was a professional and should feel lucky to have a kind i dividual working for you.”
“Loving it! I received Immediate Customer Service! They checked my tire and immediately recovered a large nail. The fix cost me $40. Only issue... there are currently Bees buzzing in & out of the office which makes it hard to sit there while receiving service. It's easier to stand outside, if the sun isn't blaring!”
“I love this place, my experiences here has been great. They are really nice people. I always call them when I need my car towed somewhere. The prices are very reasonable. I even locked my keys in my car a couple of times and they came and got the job done. Keep up the good work guys!!!!!”

“While I had a horrible towing incident from the City of Detroit. I have to say this company helped me alot. I was not happy that they were not open until Monday after my car was towed from downtown Detroit. I would like to recognize Ms. Nicole who took my call and answered my questions. She helped me to retrieve my personal items that were needed before Monday. For anyone that gets towed in the City of Detroit please note you have to pay an additional towing fee to the city as well online.”

“This gas station is one of those locations that you need to be careful about. There are always local panhandler's and a gentlemen pretending to be deaf and d*** for food. Sadly, cops that make rounds in the trisecting area rarely stop here because of consecutive incidents. Besides that, the interior is always well stocked and clean. The employees know the area very well and regularly assist customers whether they lock their keys in their car or just need a quick bite to eat. I advise keeping pepper spray handy for the more desperate...”

“After calling 8 to 9 junk car buyers, including several local companies, I can honestly say T.K. Junk Car Removal was the best experience by far. Most other companies offered a high price over the phone just to get my attention, then either stopped answering or never showed up.
T.K. Junk Car Removal was completely different. They were honest from the very beginning, gave me the best price in the Detroit, Michigan area, arrived exactly at the time they promised, and picked up my vehicle within an hour. There were no hidden fees, no last-minute price changes, and no games.
If you're looking for a trustworthy, professional company that keeps its word and pays the best price, I highly recommend them. They made the entire process quick, easy, and stress-free. The best junk car buyer in the Detroit area!”
