Great experience renting my Thrifty car rental. It was my first time renting a car from them and the service and Thrifty team members/staff were pleasant to interact with. Based on my experience I would recommend Thrifty.

The return was a nightmare
All the return stalls were full. Renters were parking the vehicles whenever they can. There were not a single representative to help the customers.
