The team did such a great job of handling everything quickly and professionally without over-prescribing or over-treating the issue. “We have always had nothing but amazing experiences with this team, but today topped the cake. We got our cat bloodwork done at her annual visit last week and thought everything would be fine. Unfortunately the vet called us to let us know she's having some early kidney issues. Instead of just giving me the treatment recommendation and moving on, the doctor sat with me on the phone for over 20 minutes walking me through all the options, giving me honest opinions like what she would do for her own cat, and answering all my questions. I walked away from the call obviously scared and sad but also confident in the plan. It was exceptional care and understanding that you can only get from a vet and team that truly cares”

“Have been taking my rabbit here for the last five years and they have been great since adding a rescued kitten a couple years ago. They assisted me and my rabbit through a GI stasis episode last year and were so responsive and called frequently to check on progress. The annual check ups for both animals always go smoothly and I appreciate their up front pricing and that I don’t feel pressured into unnecessary upsells I am not interested in. I love their fear free approach and that they complete most of their examination while my critters just curiously explore the exam room. Will continue to use Harvey for all my animal care needs.”

“We had such a great experience here! My normal veterinarian was hesitant to operate on my dog’s tail due to her age. But I knew she was uncomfortable. I contacted Northwest Animal Hospital and their can-do atitude was awesome and refreshing. They got her in quickly, fixed her right up, and she was feeling better almost immediately. We are both so grateful for the care she received. Oh their pricing very extremely fair!! The whole experience was perfect.”
“My nephew found a black kitten with gold eyes. They're super scared of cats, so he called me in the middle of the night to cone get her, or they kill her.
So I kept her a few days, but I have an adult female cat that does as she pleases like she pays the rent.
They didn't get along. Hissing, snarling, growling, etc, so I couldn't keep her. The shelters were full.
My last hope was the Anti Cruelty Society. They afreed to take her!! I was so thrilled and happy that they could find her a home!!
I donated a tote full of canned car food. God bless them for helping me and Kamari( I named her already.)

“Brought my 7 year old dog here because her regular vet was booked. This vet clinic is a tiny gem and I could see why it was so busy. The staff is very kind and professional, and they were very fast. My dog is having stomach issues and after describing what it was they gave her an antibiotic and now 5 hours after taking the very first dose she’s starting to go back to normal, which means I’m not stressed anymore. The price of the visit was much much more affordable than other places. Will be coming back!”
