“Craig and his team did a really great job with both my auto and renters insurance. Everything was clear, transparent, and explained with genuine care. I didn't fully understand what needed to be done for each part, but Craig walked me through it, gave thoughtful recommendations, and always let me make the final decision based on my own understanding. He is professional and consistently prompt, with no delays at any step. I highly recommend this local agency. They truly understand the needs of locals and go above and beyond. Meemic's rates are also very competitive compared to other companies.”

“I recently encountered an unforeseen situation at the Meijer gas station in the 48911 area and had to contact AAA for assistance. Initially, I was informed that my car needed to be towed to a local gas station. However, when Edward Pease arrived, he efficiently assessed the situation and realized that the gas station was nearby. With outstanding service, he promptly assisted in getting my car up and running again without the need for towing. His swift response and valuable help were instrumental in resolving the issue in a remarkably short time.Edward Pease's professionalism and quick thinking undoubtedly saved both time and unnecessary hassle. I wholeheartedly recommend his exceptional service to others in need. His dedication and problem-solving skills warrant recognition, and I believe he should be commended and even considered for a raise for consistently delivering such high-quality assistance. Thank you, Edward Pease, for your outstanding support and invaluable service.”
