“My dog (Luna) got really sick, and they were able to get her in right away. While she is still on the mend, I know they saved her life with their fast acting care. They have consistently checked on her and made sure she didn’t need anything. Every single person we talked to and dealt with has been beyond wonderful. The receptionist was so kind and helpful, getting us in right away and checking on us. The techs/assistants who took such good care of her. The doctors being so thorough and knowledgeable. Even letting us bring her sister for “support”… Please know how grateful my family (including Luna) is and how much we appreciate everything you’ve done.”
“Love Riverside Cat Hospital! They are so nice and have been amazing in helping us take care of our two elderly cats with health problems. Dr. Lewis is very thorough in investigating issues and always takes the time to explain treatment options and medication very well. They really know cats and all of their idiosyncracies so my cats have been really calm during their visits. Highly recommend Dr. Lewis and her wonderful staff. “Appointment was easily made with the facility. The technician and Veterinarian were very accommodating as my two dogs are rather large (86 and 144 lbs) and very anxious and hyperactive. I was glad to be able to use the side door (near parking space #6) for entrance to exam room #5.

She attends as many continuing education seminars/clinics/classes as she can to stay up to date with the ever-evolving knowledge as it pertains to the horse's mind and body. I can't say enough about her or her vet tech, Sara.”

“I'm really grateful for how attentive and knowledgeable the staff at Lake Lansing Road Animal Clinic was. I had an elderly cat as a patient here for about a year, and while our time together was short, I don't think I could have asked for better catcare, advice, and guidance than what I received from Dr. Robinson.
When I adopt again I'll be sure to be back as my primary care provider. I had a relatively high-needs cat, and the staff here routinely exceeded my expectations and made sure both his and my own needs were met. I appreciated the honestly and flexibility every step of the way. Thank you all!”
“Took my dog in to get her an*l glands expressed due to her having chronic issues with it. The team was kind and patient with my dog despite the fact that she is notoriously bad with being handled. I must shout out Jessica for making the whole process as quick and painless for my dog as possible. I don't know what I would do without them. I have other options in terms of vet care but their great care and customer service keeps me coming back. If you want good pet care with kind people who love animals then go to Abbott road.”

“My dog was having some trouble so I brought him to MSU from Midland. Great lakes is closer, but even talking to them on the phone they lack empathy and I have heard too many bad stories so I always make the drive to Lansing (always in the evening, and we usually end up staying there for several hours- but for treatment that can't wait until a regular appointment, I am just happy to be able to have my dog seen by competent and caring professionals). He reacted poorly to new people and dogs, so they were kind enough to let us use an empty lobby instead of the general one. It ended up he likely had cancer, I can't remember the type but it was described as generally pretty invasive and likely to come back again and again after treatment. The vets and techs were so kind and answered all my questions. He was laid to rest within a couple weeks of his visit, but I am grateful to MSU emergency vets, techs, and front desk staff for the compassion they showed me and my boy.”
“10? The primary care for MSU Veterinary is absolutely amazing! I have one dog who must wear a muzzle and is very nervous around new people. The staff was so patient with her, and took her feelings into account. Dr. Emery and their nurses were so amazing! I have another dog who is a hound who is very noisy and sniffs a lot, and she did perfect with the staff. She was licking them while they gave her a vaccine and everything. They are truly the best who looks out for their patients and clients. I had to put a dog down last year there during Covid and they were so compassionate, even the vet who put her down was crying. I will always take my dogs there as they give the best care.”

“Very thorough, kind, and helpful veterinary hospital. We have been taking our dogs here for 7+ years. The veterinarians are thorough in the exams and are patient in answering all questions. Our dogs have needed additional care like medication for allergies, teeth pulled, etc. The vets and techs have always been professional and so kind with our dogs and us humans too. The vets are cost concious too. When there is treatment involved they talk through all the options. I never felt like they were being pushy about one thing or the other. They truly want what is best for our dogs. The front desk staff is so courteous.
I highly recommend!
