“Our dog had surgery here. They were quick to respond to any concerns we had. They explained everything they did. Our normal vet does not do surgeries. I would consider moving all my vet care here if our current vet (who comes to our home) ever stops practicing. The staff are very nice. The process of staying in the vehicle until they are ready to see you is actually nice. We have a reactive dog and it makes the process so much lead stressful.”

“10? The primary care for MSU Veterinary is absolutely amazing! I have one dog who must wear a muzzle and is very nervous around new people. The staff was so patient with her, and took her feelings into account. Dr. Emery and their nurses were so amazing! I have another dog who is a hound who is very noisy and sniffs a lot, and she did perfect with the staff. She was licking them while they gave her a vaccine and everything. They are truly the best who looks out for their patients and clients. I had to put a dog down last year there during Covid and they were so compassionate, even the vet who put her down was crying. I will always take my dogs there as they give the best care.”

She is now almost 10 years old and I have been so grateful and happy with the service this vet has provided for my girl ❤ From annual visits to a recent lump removal surgery, they have provided amazing care for my dog. While my dog was healing from her surgery I was an anxious wreck. Abbot road was there to reassure me, offer advice on healing, and fit me in for an appointment last minute when I felt like her incisions weren’t healing properly. They got her in quick, gave her some antibiotics and we were able to get her back on track with her healing in no time. My dog has vet anxiety and they take the time to love on her and make her as comfortable as possible while she’s there. You guys are amazing and I’ll be bringing my dog here for the rest of her life. “Im so impressed and eternally grateful to the team at Michigan state small animal clinic. My dog has a very atypical kidney problem that was found incidentally at his wellness visit with his primary vet. I emailed his records to Michigan state and despite there being no appointments anytime soon they were quick to call me when someone cancelled and got us in very quickly. While we don’t have a resolution or super clear answers yet the team at MSU have been kind, professional, and upfront throughout the entire process thus far. But they are up front about costs and give options to match what’s recommended and what you able to afford. I can’t say enough good things.
