“DeWitt Veterinary Hospitals is the best vet I’ve ever experienced. They are incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and compassionate. Any time I would say “you’re going to see Dr. Wendy” to my dog, he would wag his tail and get excited, because he knew he would get a whole bunch of the lean treats. Cletus (my dog) had some anxiety, and the team knew how to work with him without being overbearing and making him more worked up. I truly love and appreciate the team at this hospital, and I’m very picky when it comes to my dog, so that says something lol. Any dogs I have in the future will come here no matter how far of a drive it is, because it’s worth it to know you can be with your dog while they examine him. Another great part about this place is no matter how busy they were I never waited for more than 5 minutes to get into an exam if I had an appointment, and I never felt rushed or that they were too busy to answer all of my questions. Thank you Dr Wendy and the rest of the team for being so wonderful, you guys do amazing work and you made Cletus very happy ♥”
“Love Riverside Cat Hospital! They are so nice and have been amazing in helping us take care of our two elderly cats with health problems. Dr. Lewis is very thorough in investigating issues and always takes the time to explain treatment options and medication very well. They really know cats and all of their idiosyncracies so my cats have been really calm during their visits. Highly recommend Dr. Lewis and her wonderful staff. Say hi to Edgar their resident cat when you visit :)”

“Our dog had surgery here. They were quick to respond to any concerns we had. They explained everything they did. Our normal vet does not do surgeries. I would consider moving all my vet care here if our current vet (who comes to our home) ever stops practicing. The staff are very nice. The process of staying in the vehicle until they are ready to see you is actually nice. We have a reactive dog and it makes the process so much lead stressful.”

“I have been taking my dog here since she was a puppy. She is now almost 10 years old and I have been so grateful and happy with the service this vet has provided for my girl ❤ From annual visits to a recent lump removal surgery, they have provided amazing care for my dog. While my dog was healing from her surgery I was an anxious wreck. Abbot road was there to reassure me, offer advice on healing, and fit me in for an appointment last minute when I felt like her incisions weren’t healing properly. They got her in quick, gave her some antibiotics and we were able to get her back on track with her healing in no time. My dog has vet anxiety and they take the time to love on her and make her as comfortable as possible while she’s there. You guys are amazing and I’ll be bringing my dog here for the rest of her life. Thank you for taking such good care of Missy Breslin!”

“Appointment was easily made with the facility. The technician and Veterinarian were very accommodating as my two dogs are rather large (86 and 144 lbs) and very anxious and hyperactive. I was glad to be able to use the side door (near parking space #6) for entrance to exam room #5.

“They are amazing for both my boys I have a 15 and 12yr old and they have been absolutely wonderful and made sure we knew about benefits I didn’t ever realize we had with our optimum wellness plan and are proactive in helping us keep our old men up to date on everything. They help us find solutions within our price point. They have taken such good care of us. I have been to 3 different Banfields and this is the one!!!!!!! They are the best Banfield in Michigan we drive an hour to come see them. The vet techs are the sweetest people and the front desk is very understanding/helpful + the doctors are wonderful. Dr. Shalagin recently did a neuter on our 15 year old and everything went wonderful he is all healed up. She gave us a phone call during the surgery to let us know how he was doing and let us know as soon as he was done so we could bring him home as soon as possible. They are amazing and they love my boys💕🐾”

“Im so impressed and eternally grateful to the team at Michigan state small animal clinic. My dog has a very atypical kidney problem that was found incidentally at his wellness visit with his primary vet. I emailed his records to Michigan state and despite there being no appointments anytime soon they were quick to call me when someone cancelled and got us in very quickly. While we don’t have a resolution or super clear answers yet the team at MSU have been kind, professional, and upfront throughout the entire process thus far. They’ve treated myself and my dog like we were one of their own and it’s relieving to know he (we) are in such qualified hands. Dr.Turrell is incredibly intelligent and has gone out of her way to keep me informed. The surgical team was kind and thorough. They are not cheap but no specialty service is. But they are up front about costs and give options to match what’s recommended and what you able to afford. I can’t say enough good things. We’re lucky to have them as a local resource and you won’t regret trusting them.”

“10? The primary care for MSU Veterinary is absolutely amazing! I have one dog who must wear a muzzle and is very nervous around new people. The staff was so patient with her, and took her feelings into account. Dr. Emery and their nurses were so amazing! I have another dog who is a hound who is very noisy and sniffs a lot, and she did perfect with the staff. She was licking them while they gave her a vaccine and everything. They are truly the best who looks out for their patients and clients. I had to put a dog down last year there during Covid and they were so compassionate, even the vet who put her down was crying. I will always take my dogs there as they give the best care.”

“Could Not get into the other Dewitt Vet as an emergency. Decided that vet didn't care about animals, so we gave the Pet Health Center a try. Very glad we did! We were able to get in the next day and the Vet was extremely knowledgeable about our old cat. No pressure in the work that needed to be done. We felt comfortable here. Yes, vets are expensive. They all are until someone decides that it's a law for them to post their service prices online.”
