And it's my favorite place to go when I want to treat myself to something. The staff are amazing as well - always so knowledgeable about their inventory, & ready to assist in any way. Hands down top 3 favorite places in A2!”

“This gift store has so many cute items. I sometimes visit Chelsea just to go to this shop. I love that they carry a lot of items from the Wrendale brand. I’ve bought several cute pairs of Wrendale socks with animals on them, a Wrendale mug with a hedgehog on it, and gifts for family members and friends, including Gwen Frostic block print cards and cute animal earrings. I definitely recommend stopping by this store if you’re in Chelsea—especially if you’re shopping for gifts.”

“Quaint shop filled with handmade goods sourced via suppliers and artisans associated with the Fair Trade Federation. Great selection, store is organized and staff and volunteers are friendly. Prices are actually very reasonable given that you’re not shopping mass-produced goods, AND you can feel good about not contributing to capitalist entities. Shop can be easy to miss located next to bigger name brands (Shinola is next door, for example), but it’s squeezed in there on the east side of Main near Shalimar. Pop in and check it out!”
“It is very quaint, with a lot of really neat things for your home. I purchased four Santa’s, and I’m incredibly pleased with all of them. It’s a very unique little shop, loved it.”

“Through a google search I found a really nice wooden frame and reached out to 16 Hands to see if they could help me determine whether my piece would fit into the frame. The owner responded really quickly and was super helpful. She even included some cardboard in with the frame for me to use to make it fit just right. The piece also shipped quickly. Fabulous experience!”
“Just ordered a wind spinner as a Christmas gift and it is perfect, I am so happy with the purchase. Everything was packaged with extreme care and attention and arrived quickly. If you order two pieces just be aware that they nay ship separately to ensure nothing is damaged in transit! I did not realize that the copper spinner and the glass globe attachment I ordered would ship separately (one arrived before the other) so I emailed the company and received a response right! The globe arrived the next day. Would recommend 10/10.”

“Went in for fabric supplies and jewelry making supplies, the young woman Audrey helped me find everything I needed, She was super kind and had lots of patience with me. Even as I was walking around the store she was busy cleaning and picking up the isles. I don't normally leave reviews but this young woman's dedication was worth noting.”
“Love the selections that I've been seeing both in the store and on the website. It would be nice to see more items displayed in the store in sizes above a women's large. Sales and discounts also don't always sync up been online and in store.This location is clean and usually pretty neatly organized. Easy to see items on display.”
