“Great location, easy in/out for Ann Arbor! Plenty of parking and a short walk into the store. We are always greeted by staff here when we walk in. Great selection of products. We use this location when our doodle needs a wash, as we bought a 5 pack of passes to the self-serve station in the back. So much easier than trying to wash her at home, and the kids love getting in there and helping scrub her down and dry her off.”

“Went there to have my 100lb slightly reactive and starting to having arthritis German Shepherd groomed. I was more nervous than a parent leaving their child on the first day of school, but all the staff are so attentive and competent. They had her back to me in less than two hours beautifully groomed and looking very calm and happy.
The store and grooming area are immaculate, the staff is always friendly, products and services are reasonably priced. Will definitely return, they did a great job.”
“I wish they would require a record of updated immunizations from their clients. I loved the service there, but my dog caught kennel cough (Bordetella) two times.”

“Awesome service. Good selections of local foods (milk, butter, beef, pork, sausages, honey. I love the local white or red popcorn seeds. Many choices of plants and dog treats/food and toys. Etc....”
