I would strongly recommend steering clear of this company mostly because they have a 'tail lights' warranty. I bought a new Ranger & have had nothing but issues with Grand Pointe Marina standing behind their workmanship & mistakes. It has been 2 years & things have are still not working properly & I cannot even get people to respond. Employees were nice & tried to help but they are not supported by the higher ups to stand by their work/product. I called and called & emailed & emailed and got no response from the 'family' members / ownership. I recently ended up having to take the boat to a completely different shop & pay thousands for repairs of items they did incorrectly. Another issue was that they gave me the wrong transducer than what we discussed & agreed to which cost me nearly $2k to replace or I just deal with the inferior product they gave me. I am not one to complain about companies unless it is 100% warranted... and most importantly I don't want anybody else to have to get screwed again like this. BUYER BEWARE

I received a defective boat. I had to pay out of pocket. The warranty would not cover it. The motor was wired incorrectly. Dealership told me the would reimburse me for the charge. Never received the $80. Now they won’t return my calls. I received an email from the owner today. Yes, it was delivered in March. The weather in March in Wisc is not warm enough to go boating. We do not live in Wisc. When we took the boat out for a ride for the first time, in June, the problem started. We came back a month later, took the boat out again and again we saw the problem. That is when we decided,I guess we will not be able to enjoy our new boat for god knows when it will be looked at from a marina. Anyone knowing boating and marinas, July is the worse time of the year to bring a boat in for a repair. So Mr. Owner this is why months passed before we found the problem. I also found out there were 12 hrs on the motor. We used it for one hr. Jay service manager told me we should have been told this boat was a demo and yes the boat was used for test rides. I do not have a problem with 12 hrs on the motor, I am upset, I was never told that info. I was told maybe a few blemishes on the boat. Our salesman never gave us this info. Jay told me we should have been told before we purchased the boat. We still would have purchased it but we should have been aware of this info. Mr. Owner, I would appreciate a reinbursment asap to solve my problem. If I did not text Doug this morning I never would have received a check. He told me Jay never received any photos. That was a lie. Jay called me weeks ago and told me he received the photos, he just requested the second page of the bill for the marianas notes. 5 minutes later he received the second page of the bill with the marinas notes. This is why I left the survey I did leave. Please make this problem go away. If I receive my $80 refund I will change my post. Your call!

Reached out to Ryan regarding a used Monterey they had for sale. He was quick with his responses and when asked to send a few more pictures of the boat to identify any imperfections, he did just that and a full detailed video of the boat. I had asked for these since we were almost 2 hours away and didn’t want to waste anyones time.
We ended up deciding to come look at it, and after a test drive, we fell in love with the boat. Speaking of tests rides, our experience with the full service department was excellent. They helped launch the boat, and went over every detail and operation of the boat. Everyone was super friendly and knowledgable and made us feel very welcomed and appreciated for our business.
We read many nasty reviews before coming here, and i can honestly say that not one thing anyone complained about happened to us. We had a great experience with grand pointe marina, and would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new/used boat.

John was great. Five stars for him. The test drive he took me on sold the boat

These guys were amazing! Bought a used Ranger and found it had a leaking oil cooler and bad Jack plate motor. Jay and the Lansing crew fixed everything free of charge and had me back on the lake fast! I couldn't be more satisfied and I highly recommend these professionals! Awesome service!

The service folks have been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and thorough getting stuff fixed quickly on an older boat for a reasonable price.

Just had my boat serviced, and what an outstanding job. I didn’t ask them to detail the boat, but it sure looks great and was unexpected! Love working with them over the last 15 years for my boating needs. Highly recommend the service department and their sales. on my third boat from them!

When we came to pick up our new Monterey boat, they didn’t seem prepared. Among a number of disappointing items, they had not even put the plug in the boat. The guy who gave us an overview of the boat, clearly did not understand the boat well at all. And did not have answers to many of our questions. I followed up with the Yeah sales person with a number of complaints about the experience. He never responded to my email. The other thing I would say about Grand Point Marina is please negotiate the price. We were able to get our price down substantially by having a competing, much lower quote.

Horrible parts dept. after 25 plus minutes on the phone and a hour drive one way. They can’t manage to get me parts for a boat I bought brand new there.

First impression was not good at all. Dropped off my boat 7 months ago for engine service and other miscellaneous minor repairs. Just picked up my boat today with large hull scuffs on both sides and missing a $300 trailer jack that I was charged for. While staff is very friendly, I expected better service on a $5,800.00 service /repair contract. Lost a new customer as quick as they got one.

Grand Pointe Marina has been extremely supportive and helpful. This is the reason I chose them to be the dealership I purchased my boat from.
