“I've shopped here for almost 20yrs & before that remember coming with my grandparents. They've ALWAYS had the nicest staff, the owners are always busy around the store & chatting with customers and the store is always clean & fully stocked. Nice meat & produce selections as well as beer & alcohol too. Always recommend ?”

“The prices are great. Great selection of everything. Cashiers are efficient and are friendly. Some ask if I found everything okay. When I don't know where in item is I asked one of the people that work on the floor and they can tell me exactly where the item is.”

“Although I gave a high star score, it is not for the product pricing! It is more for the cleanliness and convenience of the store. The layout is one of the best in the city for finding things. It's easy and convenient as the aisles are conveniently wide enough and low enough for shoppers.”

“This place has come in clutch for me multiple times! Sometimes it’s hard to find certain Asian fruits and vegetables, specifically more southeastern Asia.

We’ve been looking for fresh Mangosteen for months. We’ve found it canned or in juices but never fresh. We learned that it’s hard to import and very fragile (they don’t ship well). We happened to stumble across it today! Such a lucky and rare find! All in very good condition.

Another lucky find was green papaya!

They have a large selection of meats, fruits, vegetables, spices and a decent frozen section (meat, seafood, breads, vegetables) — we personally picked up a big pack of frozen paratha.

I had to dig around for the Kasoori Methi (fenugreek) but found a 3.5 oz bag for $1.99.

Definitely worth checking out, especially if you’re looking for something you’ve had a hard time finding.”

“I personally like shopping at this Meijer. I think they stay pretty well stocked and it’s always clean. The only thing that’s frustrating is the checkouts. They close the home side checkouts around 7-8pm, long before the doors close. I usually park over there and almost every time I’m headed to checkout on that side they shut the lights off as I’m almost there. So I have to walk to the grocery side and back down. Not the biggest issue in the world but I’ve never run into this issue at other Meijers. Maybe it’s staffing? I’m not sure.”

“I just want to give a personal shout out to an employee by the name of Sendy. (Spelling?) My husband and I came in with our very excited and energetic six year old daughter a few weeks ago, and as we were checking out, my daughter asked to ride Sandy, the horse, because she had her brand new cowgirl boots on. She put her penny in and the horse seems to be out of service. Sendy, who I may add wasn’t even our checkout lady, just an employee witnessing my very disappointed daughter, came right up and played with the plug and said “hold on right here.” She returned promptly with my daughter’s eaten penny WITH INTEREST! HAHA. She got three rides and was so happy! Sendy also made a cute little joke and said she was Sandy’s auntie (because their names are obviously similar) which I thought was so cute. I pray this review makes it back to her, and Sendy knows that we’re still thinking about her act of kindness weeks later. That seemingly small gesture made a huge impact. Thank you, Sendy. God bless you.”

“Shelves are always limited, and the employees don't seem very happy in the different departments. There are a couple of employees I completely enjoy that run the self checkout.”
