“This was an incredible shop to work with. I had originally taken my car to the dealership to get an estimate for my collision as it was fairly minor, and I was potentially not going to submit an insurance claim. The dealership I have been taking my car to for years for oil changes, tires, etc. refused to look at my car to give me an estimate, even though I would have been taking my car to them for repairs. I ended up contacting Tripp's to see if they could at least give me an estimate even if I was unsure if I would be taking my car to them for repairs. They got me in the same day with no commitments to having repairs done there.
I ended up filing an insurance claim and was able to work with Tripp's for my repairs. They were incredibly kind, helpful, and wanting the best for me and my car. I seriously could not have gotten luckier with going to them. They also covered to cost of my deductible, so after all the repairs I owed nothing! I could not recommend this place enough - they were phenomenal!”
“I cannot recommend Joe and Driven Collision enough. They were extremely attentive, answered all of my questions, and even sent me daily text updates about the progress of my vehicle. Mia was delightful and really helped ease my mind during a horribly stressful time. A job that should have taken weeks took just under 12 days and the guys did an incredible job. Nobody hopes or plans to return to a body shop, but I will surely be back if I ever find myself in need of repairs. 10/10.”

“This is a locally owned and operated establishment . Rick was great to work with honest and fair. He kept me up to date on the progress and status of my vehicle. He worked directly with my insurance company to get everything taken care of that he could on his end. He repaired my vehicle as quickly as possible. I am satisfied with my service and would definitely recommend to anybody in need of body and engine repair, as most of the shops I contacted could only do body repair or engine repair not both. In addition he got my vehicle in and out of the shop within a couple weeks, compared to waiting at least a couple of months to have my repares even started.”

“I'm pretty loyal to another local body shop but had to look elsewhere due to the size of this particular vehicle. Priority didn't disappoint. Aaron took the time to review a competitor's estimate against his own, line by line, and even reevaluated the body damage to make sure his figures were accurate. He included his lead tech to verify labor estimates. The same tech called me at home because he noticed some additional damage to an adjacent panel that they were already removing. He could have just put it back on, dents and all, but instead he reached out because it would be cheaper to fix it now. The office staff provided weekly updates. They missed their estimated deadline, but only because they weren't happy with one of the repairs and asked to keep the vehicle a little longer so they could redo it to their satisfaction. I'd recommend them to anyone.”
