“Chris, Scott and the entire Handz On team are fantastic. They are nothing but honest with what is wrong with your car, how much it cost to fix and what needs to be done immediately. We had my Kia Sorento at the Dealership and Tuffy. Both places kept passing the buck on who’s fault caused the damage. Handz On was recommended by a co worker and we decided to get a third opinion. Come to find out the catalytic converter that Tuffy replaced twice was put on backwards. After not having the car for 2 weeks we had Handz On fix it. He worked directly with my insurance company to get everything taken care of that he could on his end. He repaired my vehicle as quickly as possible. “I had the pleasure of dealing with Melissa and Brandon. It was one of the best, if not THE best, experiences I have had with a body shop. To be clear, I did shop around for the estimates and I was forthcoming about that. Brandon, who did my estimate, welcomed it. When I did finish, I went back and questioned him about the services that he was providing and why he wasn't doing certain things. He thoroughly explained why he was choosing the repair route he chose. In that interaction, I had my confidence confirmed. Because he stood by, and defended, his estimate and process. After our conversation, I left my deposit. Here's the thing for me, pretty much the entire time I didn't realize WHO he was, the owner, and he treated me with the utmost respect, never once talking down to me because I am a female.
