3220 N Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Lansing MI 48906
“On a nearby job site and needed parts that aren't typically part of my job description. They were super friendly on the phone and had exactly what I needed. (even though I didn't know what to call it.)I was met by friendly faces at the reception area as I don't think they typically have walk-in customers. Had my part and was on my way in minutes.Given the opportunity, I will confidently recommend Payne-Rosso Co.”

“A friendly, family,-owned lumber yard, and for the deck Boards I was buying, their price was a dollar less per board than the same thing at Menards. Lowe's only had thinner boards and didn't carry the 14' length I needed.”

“Had a great experience ordering some base and case that is far superior (and budget friendly) to what you can find at the big box stores. 16' boards delivered right to my home without any dings or defects. Josh at the Lansing location was super helpful!”
