I wouldn’t bank here.!
stay aware of the prejudice conspiracy there. It’s a manager named Casey/kasey, and another associate who’s also the same ethnicity of the manager, while I’m not. Who’s name she wouldn’t give me, while helping me before getting her manger name listed above.
They were very judgmental and profiled me. While I was only trying to open a simple savings account. I gave them a BWL BILL and also my ID, social security info.
I was told red flags came up because, I had out of town address, and still lived in the city of Lansing. (I didn’t know that mattered)
then asked for proof of my lease and agreement I provided her with proof of my address and still had negative responses and accusations suspected upon me. So I mention (this is a bad experience) and I said but (no big deal Id like to continue opening a savings account). So then the manager said
(why would you want to bank here, if you had a bad experience. I wouldn’t want to bank somewhere where I’m having a bad experience.)
missing the whole entire point why I’m there in the first place. just to open a simple savings account.
A was basically implying she’s purposely giving me a bad experience, so I wouldn’t bank there.
So I didn’t and I left.
Some people are just miserable and prejudice why support a union that allows that.!

If I could give 0 stars I would. A staff person in contact services named Blessing was horrible at customer service, inappropriate, and passive aggressive. Case Credit Union put a hold on a check I deposited and I called to have the hold removed, since the check came from a source I frequently receive check deposits from. I explained to Blessing that I was traveling alone and needed the hold on the check to be removed as soon as possible. Blessing lied and said she would speak to the manager about it, then only put me on hold for about 15 to 20 seconds and then came back and said “The hold will not be removed”. I then asked, “Even though, I frequently get deposits from this source and I’m traveling alone in need of funds?”, Blessing then said “Well, do you usually get a deposit in that amount?”. Blessing’s response was inappropriate and it made me feel uncomfortable, as if they were jealous I was receiving that amount and they should have been more concerned about my well being as a customer for several years traveling alone and needing the hold removed. I then, told Blessing “…I frequently receive deposits from this source, so not sure why that matters.” Blessing then repeated “We will not remove the hold”. At that point, I just hung up and called again. I received help from another contact service staff person who actually helped me get the hold removed. It’s disappointing that Blessing could have been helpful and provide good customer service, but decided not to. They were also inappropriate and passive aggressive. I’m really considering banking elsewhere. The second contact service person is the only reason why I might stay with this credit union. I shouldn’t have to call multiple times to get assistance and good customer service. I hope Blessing learns from this experience and Case Credit Union does a better job of making sure no one else has to experience what I experienced with Blessing. Blessing was absolutely not a blessing.

Great service! Massive shout out to Bree (spelling? Sorry) and Hannah who helped me sort out important documents to verify some bank transactions. They remembered my specific issue and checked on it unprompted every time I came in for other things during the following months

Worst Loan experience . We were not informed properly , information was entered incorrectly, was charged with all sort of interest and fees. We did a loan through them and was not told once about it being a variable rate loan , closed it with lighting speed signatures without disclosing it in person as well and was given the loan. What we were going to use the money on fell through THREE months later so I went to give them back the money that was borrowed, to find out I owe them an additional $1700 just to close the loan after I made payments and giving the full amount back. I have reached out multiple time to customer service and was ASSURED that someone would get back with me because this wasn’t right and NO ONE has called . This was the WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’ve ever experienced, not to mention that you feel like you were just robbed by them . We lost over $2200 in three months and didn’t even use the loan.

I’ve banked with Case due to them servicing my auto loan for the last five years. I’ll admit, customer service isn’t always that great over the phone, but everyone is welcoming and helpful in person. I really appreciate Ron and Audrey helping me request my car’s title from Florida yesterday. I was worried the process would wind up being a nightmare, but they made sure to do everything possible to help me. Thank you so much!

Truly had such a horrible experience start to finish. My father had an auto loan here and unfortunately passed away. They were so unhelpful, incredibly difficult to reach (never answering their phone or calling back), turned off online access to his account so my mom could no longer make payments but of course they wouldn't give us another option to pay. I called so many times and eventually had to drive to a branch (I live 2 hours away!) to talk to someone. I even emailed the president (an option on their website) and never heard back. Save yourself the trouble, go somewhere else!

This credit union is a joke. I've been banking with them over 20yrs. I have never qualified for any of their programs for cars, mortgage, cards or anything one would get for being a long-term customer. I have fairly good credit history and make a nice salary. At this point I'm starting to believe that I'm not their target audience for other reasons because I look good financially.

I needed assistance and used the Case Credit Union chat feature on the mobile website. Cameron was able to assist with my questions very efficiently. Great customer service and truly a pleasure to work with Cameron today.
