“Just want to drop a quick review about how kind the pharmacy staff was. We were desperate to find antibiotic for my baby as his infection is getting worse, and we won't be able to get in for a doctor visit until next week on Thursday. The pharmacy near our house where we always get our prescription is out and not have anything until next week Monday. We were waiting all day long to hear from them about that antibiotic prescription. So we were calling around and we were talking to Ramy. (Out of luck with several pharmacies near our house) He was so kind and helpful with all the questions I asked. His system got a glitch unfortunately,he couldn't receive our request to transfer the prescription as per our conversation. He went beyond our expectation to call other store to check around and make sure they have antibiotic for us. I received a call back from him around 30 mins after that & finally we able to pick up the medication for our baby from another store. My husband after picking the meds, stopped at the store to personally thanks him once more.”

“After having a poor experience at the McLaren Okemos lab yesterday, I came to this new lab and had a great experience. It’s super convenient that it’s open at 5 AM and everybody was very nice and professional here. Other than the minor challenge of figuring out which entrance to go in, which I eventually obviously did, it was a great experience.”

“We had an AMAZING experience.My daughter is almost 18 months old and has been traumatized with blood draws. We had to have lots of labs done when she about 7 months old and it was ROUGH. Multiple pokes to find the veins etcetera.This morning we needed labs done and I was dreading it. But I was so pleasantly surprised! MAKENNA was AMAZING I can't say enough good things. She was quick! And was able to find the vein right away. 1 poke and we were done. THANK YOU MAKENNA!!!! You were a blessing.”
