“What a pleasant experience I had today! I was near the Okemos location and since I've been experiencing what I rightfully assumed was a sinus infection thought I should get checked out. My wait time after arriving was short, the waiting room was not crowded and I was seen in a timely fashion. The Dr. was very attentive, listened to my complaint, examined me and prescribed an antibiotic to knock this infection out of my body. I was probably there a total of 1/2 hour. I will definitely be returning if I need to be seen, and will recommend this location to all my friends. What a good job they all do!”

“I don’t know why so many negative reviews. My experience was great. In and out within 10 minutes. No wait time. Blood was drawn professionally didn’t even feel nothing, and it was only one person working there. She did everything check in and tests.”
“After having a poor experience at the McLaren Okemos lab yesterday, I came to this new lab and had a great experience. It’s super convenient that it’s open at 5 AM and everybody was very nice and professional here. Other than the minor challenge of figuring out which entrance to go in, which I eventually obviously did, it was a great experience.”

“I've been coming here for a few years and honestly it used to be pretty bad. Long waits, technicians that didn't know the lab codes, etc. But in the last year they've gotten a lot better. Antoinette has been my tech for the majority of my draws and she is fantastic! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and just an all around great person. ARCpoint, if you're reading this, make sure you take care of her, she's the best!”
