Over and over I have had to call the HQ to try to get something I need and, rather than saying, "let's find a way to make that happen," they act like it's impossible. Then I call a local bank with the exact same issue and they say, "we'll take care of this right away!" The CU badly needs to adopt a "can do" attitude!!

On the phone for hours after a fraudulent transaction of $27,000 at their branch location. The least I asked for was to freeze the accounts to secure the funds with no help.

So horrible. They encourage young college kids to get credit cards with high interest rates, and the app doesn’t even work most of the time! I’ve never know a bank that can’t keep their own app up and running.

I never write reviews but I have finally been fed up enough with this credit union to finally write one. I have been a member here for 40 years and am an avid Computer Line user and I have physically frequented the place quite often as well. 10 years ago I would have given then place 5 stars...now its 1 star. Over the years they have gone downhill fast. The latest is their 'New and improved' bill pay system. OMG! Did anybody test this thing? it is horrendous, and it seems like every time they upgrade it, it gets worse. I also have to agree with Robb M's review that this new system of having someone log into an iPad every time they visit the building is just ludicrous. Most of the time you just need to deposit or withdrawal something anyway so by the time I log in at the screen I would have completed my transaction at the teller window. I feel sorry for the non tech folks or for the generation who never learned how to use such devices. Sure, many of the things you can do on a phone anyway, but it's hard to get cash out of a phone...oh and forget about speaking to a person any more except through a computer screen. I guess that is where the world is nowadays...we can all just isolate ourselves in our homes and never have to speak to anyone anymore.

Quite possibly the worst bank ever, certainly the worst bran h if msufcu... impossible to see a person, 50 minute wait at drive thru to get a video teller, this place is an embarrassment

Horrible redesign, went to the drive through, can't use it without a debit card since it's all ATM's, figured I would just go inside and go to the teller desk and do my transaction there, nope, there is no teller desk, you have to make an appointment at a kiosk and sit around waiting.

If you need a simple transaction (I.e. deposit, get cash, roll of quarters, etc.). DO NOT GO HERE. There are no tellers. Only representatives at their own desk that come grab you when it’s your turn.. when we got there each representative had a person they were working with, we were roughly fifth in line… took 20mins to get to us which we then made our deposit of cash which took 2 min… each representative had the same customer at their desk when we got there and when we left, other than the one we worked with, whom went through 5 customers before us.. silly system.. I get the idea, but there needs to be at minimum a couple tellers to take care of quick transactions.. we were there at 2pm, I can’t even imagine how long it would’ve been if we were there during a busy time!!That being said, I must say, our representative was very kind,positive, and smiled. He made our transaction quick and easy!

This was at one time my go-to bank for transactions of any kind. In the last several years they seem to have grown to big to be able to worry about customers and the customer service they are providing. The latest indication of this is the new branches and redesigns of old branches they are undertaking. It is obvious they do not wish to be bothered with face-to-face customer service anymore. Even to go in to make a simple deposit or withdrawal you have to sign in at the door and state why you were there and what you want. As you stand there and wait while all of the former tellers sit around at desks you get a very definite sense that you are bothering them. Why they think this would in any way be more convenient or more customer oriented cannot be explained.

Location: 4825 E Mt Hope. This location was recently renovated. Apparently whole system is going to be changed. Tellers are gone. No quick walk in, and quickly out.All wrkrs now at separate desks/wrk stations. Customers are required to use automated chk-in. You identify yourself, give general info abt what you want, 2 steps required, then they come get you. Then you go over and sit down. Makes sense for more involved transactions. But, for simple deposit, withdrawal, roll of coins, etc.???They could have installed the automated chk-in and kept tellers for quick & simple actions. Just fired or reassigned the human greeter. Humans more friendly, and just as efficient as touch screens.Same great service. Just going to take longer. No one ahead of me. Still had to input the various screens. They apparently couldn't just walk over and get me. Very odd. Frustrating. Cumbersome. I'm not a fan of unnecessary complications.Simplicity is better.

stay away from msu credit union consider taking your money elsewhere strongly advise that you open account else poor service will take my money to a bank for a I care not friendly nor caring credit union they only let select people join anyways who needs there snooty ways

There aren’t any ATMs outside! One has to come during business hours.Other than that, excellent service
